Calling all stencil art lovers EVERYWHERE (in the Melbourne general area).

The world is clamouring for PICTURES of Melbourne's famed stencil art and yet our site remains unbearably bare. Bless their cotton socks, those foreign types and couch trippers, they want to SEE what Banksy was crapping on about.

So. To this end, the Melbourne Stencil Festival (Inc) is cooperating and will be pulling together an online, printable, INTERACTIVE MAP of Melbourne's best stencil art and street art locations for your use as a tourist in viewing our much famed, ephemeral images. IF you POST US your BEST LOCATIONS (in your opinion), by street / alley / lane name and SUBURB we will include said location on the map and link it to pics past and present for everyone's viewing pleasure.

Not only (but also), we want pictures of the pieces that are of special  significance to you. Especially if they have been painted over and are gone forever-  unless you and your trusty camera have recorded them.

Please post images and street locations to:

RubyQ@stencilfestival.com

Worried about IP? Don't be. If you are the artist responsible -a) your images are being viewed around the world; b) we aren't making any money off of you. c) don't want your work online? Cool. Just say so and we will pull it from the website.

Lots of Love

Stencil People Inc.
